Meaning of the Codes in MYOB (Myob စာရင္းကိုင္ software ၇ွိ သိထားရမည္.

What do the codes CD, SJ, CR etc in the first column of the Session Report mean?
SJ = Sales Journal - Typically a reference to a Sales Invoice entry (when you enter sale entries).

CR = Cash Receipt - Receive Money entry (from customers etc). (၀န္ေဆာင္ခအတြက္ ပိုက္ဆံ ရတဲ.အခါ Receive money မွာ ပိုက္ဆံကို ရိုက္ထည့္ေတာ့ ID# အလိုလို "CR003787" စသည္ျဖင့္ ဒါဟာ Receive Money entry ဆိုျပီး CR ကကိုယ္စားျပဳပါတယ္။

PJ - Purchase Journal (when you purchase things from your suppliers). ( to note for advanced learners, it just shows PJ in the general journal or all journals even if we have paid it). There seems another (CD) Cash Disbursement journal for paying this purchase). PJ seems to only mean a purchase journal is entered, not mentioning it is already paid or not.

CD = Cash Disbursement - Pay Money entry  (when you pay your suppliers, contractors etc. Cheque no. box in myob will automatically generate a number of digits for cheque no (not CD something) when you paid.

GJ = General Journal - General Journal entry (To record this type of journal, go to Accounts Command center and Use "record journal entry".
