KEEPING YOUR CAREER

Human skills, that are good natured, are important in this technology era. Skills such as being true to yourself, being honest, having strong moral principles and being vulnerable will be the bridge to link to your clients. People these days know if you’re just selling a service or product or if you are really authentically investing in them.

Another skill to master is the way we communicate. We need to know how to communicate and collaborate with our clients, other agencies and our own departments within the company. We need to understand where people are coming from in the conversation. We need to know more about ourselves to accommodate good communication and empathize and find good solutions.
