ကြက်ဥ ချဥ်ရည်ဟင်း [Eng-Sub] Burmese Egg Curry ကြက်ဥဟင်

Fry boiled eggs a bit so that their skins are a bit tight. Cut eggs in halves with a knife or a string. Boil eggs in a deep frying pan or a steel bowl depending on number of eggs you are going to boil and so that you don't waste resources to make water boil. Cover eggs with water till water covers eggs a bit completely.

one egg per person per meal. usually boil 2 eggs per person for 2 meals lunch and dinner. Turn eggs while cooking as in the video and make sure tomatoes are crushed into pieces. You can try the taste and adjust accordingly and will get used to it without even tasting after a few times of cooking.

Take note of tamarind paste.  Paprika power and other powers can be bought at Indian shops or Chinese shops but they are usually from India. Eggs here are chicken eggs usually. Ducks' eggs are usually a little more expensive and can be a bit smelly.

Paprika is a ground spice made from dried red fruits of the larger and sweeter varieties of the plant Capsicum annuum. The most common variety used for making paprika is tomato pepper, sometimes with the addition of more pungent varieties, called chili peppers, and cayenne pepper. In many languages, but not English, the word paprika also refers to the plant and the fruit from which the spice is made.
