Electricity Blackout due to Car Accidents
A Rangoon based "News Watch" Journal reported that electricity blackout in Rangoon frequently happened because of car accidents that normally hit the electric lamp-posts. As the lamp-posts fell down because of acciednts, electrical power failure happened, News Watch reported.
According to a survey, there happened 22 million accidents of hitting the lamp-posts within past 22 years in Burma.
