Accounting software (၀ါ) စားရင္းကိုင္ Software

Today, I would like to talk about accounting software. Both small businesses and big companies use accounting software in developed and emerging nations. MYOB and Quickbooks are some popular accounting software for SME (small and medium enterprises). SAP is an accounting software for multi-national companies and can be extremely complex. In this IT age, accountants who knows nothing about them can be a big problem indeed.

ဒီေန.ေတာ့ စာရင္းကိုင္ လုပ္ငန္းအတြက္ တိုးတက္တဲ.၊ တိုးတက္ဆဲ ႏိုင္ငံေတြမွာ စီးပြားေရးလုပ္ငန္း အေသးေတြေကာ အၾကီးေတြေကာ သံုးၾကတဲ. စားရင္းကိုင္ software အေၾကာင္းနဲနဲ မိတ္ဆက္ေပးလိုက္ပါတယ္။ MYOB and Quickbooks ေတြကေတာ့ SMEs လို.ေခၚေတာ့ အေသးစားနဲ. အလတ္စား စီးပြားလုပ္ငန္းေတြမွာ လုပ္ကိုင္လိုသူတိုင္းတတ္ထားသင့္တဲ. software ေတြပါ။ Youtube မွာ လုပ္ပံုလုပ္နည္းေတြ အနဲငယ္၊ ဒါမ မဟုတ္ စာအုပ္နဲ. CD ၀ယ္ျပီးလဲ ကိုယ္ဘာသာ ေလ့က်င့္ႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

SAP ဆိုတဲ. Software ကေတာ့ ႏိုင္ငံတစ္ကာ မွာ company ခြဲေတြရွိတဲ. အၾကီးစား company ေတြသံုးပါတယ္။ IT ေခတ္မွာ ဒီ software မသံုးတတ္သူေတြဟာ အလုပ္ခြင္ မွာ အၾကီးစား စိန္ေခၚမွဳေတြ တပံုၾကီးနဲ. ၾကံဳၾကိဳက္ရမွာပါ။ SAP စနစ္ က အေတာ္ ၾကယ္ျပန္.သလို ရွဳပ္ပါတယ္။ 

 ဒီ ေအာက္က MYOB software ကေတာ့ Purchases and Sales Command ေတြကိုဘယ္လိုသံုးရမလဲ။ Banking Command ကို ဘယ္လိုသံုးရမလဲ ဆိုတာေျပာျပထားပါတယ္။ Not for profit company ကေတြက အလွဴေငြ ေပၚမွဳတည္ျပီး ၀င္ေငြရတဲ.အတြက္ Sales Command ကိုမသံုးၾကပါဘူး။ Banking Command က Receive money ကိုပဲသံုးၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီမွာ software အေၾကာင္းေလးသိထားဖို. က Purchase Register မွာ ၀ယ္တဲ.ဟာကို စရင္းသြင္းရင္ ပိုက္ဆံ ေပးတဲ.အခါၾကလဲ Purchases Command ေအာက္က Pay Bill ဆိုတာကို သံုးျပီးေပးဖို.တာ။ အဲလုိမွ မဟုတ္ရင္ေတာ့ အေကြ်း၀ယ္ထားတာေတြ မေပးရေသးဘူးလို.ပဲ software ကျပေနမွာပါ။ (Banking Command ေအာက္မွာလဲ Spend money ဆိုတာရွိေနေတာ့အတြက္ အဲဒီေကာင္နဲ. Purchases Bill ေတြကို မေပးဖို. software နဲ.သေဘာတရား ေလးတစ္ခုကို ရွင္းျပထားတာပါ။

Company အသစ္ File နဲ. Chart of Accounts ကို Quickbooks မွာဘယ္လို ဆြဲသလဲဆိုတာ အပုိင္း (၁) ေအာက္မွာ ေျပာျပထားတာပါ။
