IN this 13 days tense situation, it appears that the US made a good negotiation withdrawing its nuclear missiles from its bases in Europe and to never invade Cuba for the sake of avoiding WWIII and probably end of the world. All credits seem to go to the President John F Kennedy admin and particularly him & his political adviser . A step back for peace!!! What US did is morally right for peace.
