Mammals have hairs on theirs bodies. ( Hairs helps keep the body temperature of mammals constant. Dogs, tigers, antelopes, and many other mammals are covered with fur. Humans only have a litter hair on their bodies. Whales and dolphines also have very little hair. However, these sea mammals are born covered with fuzz)
Most mamals give birth to live young. These mammals do not lay eggs. ( At birth, the babies of most mammals are fully developed infant mammals.)
Mammals feed their young with milk from their mother. All female mammals have mammary glands. These glands produce milk.
Mammales care for their young until they can care for themselves. Many species of animals do not take care of their young.Mammals, however, are different. Many mammals teach their young how to hunt, clean, and protect themselves.
Mammales have well-developed brains. Mammals are able to think, understand, and learn behaviors that help them to live. They are the smartest group of animals on Earth.
Any fool can make things bigger, more complex, and more violent. It takes a touch of genius-and a lot of courage-to move in the opposite direction. ALbert Einstein
